WHY SOHA PRODUCES IN SMALL RUNS

Too much choice that looks like nothing. Soha chose the opposite.

Every Soha style is produced in a small run, rarely more than ten pieces, sometimes five or fewer when a material is only available in limited quantities. In that case, the run follows the material, not the other way around.

This number is not a logistical constraint. It is a decision made from the very beginning, and it will not change. Producing less makes it possible to focus on each piece: the choice of material, the annotation of measurements, the decision on a finishing detail, the time spent on the cut. A limited-edition collection is held to a different standard than an industrial one  and demands more of itself.
At Soha, every series begins with a sketch and a swatch. The material is chosen before the cut. The fibre dictates the silhouette, not the other way around. It is this reasoning,  not a volume requirement,  that determines what enters a collection.

LIMITED FASHION: WHAT RETURNS, AND WHAT DISAPPEARS

When a series sells out, two paths are possible: reproduce it, or let it go.

Reproduction is never automatic. It depends on the material,  if it is no longer available, the piece does not return, regardless of demand. Some Soha materials will never be reissued. It is a form of honesty toward those who chose them at the right moment.

Some pieces return from one collection to the next, because clients ask for them, buy them again, and wear them for every occasion. The Aura set is Soha's signature piece: a cut that proved itself right from the first series, easy to care for, a silhouette that dresses up or down depending on the moment. The trousers work with other tops, the jacket with other bottoms. It is the piece you reach for without thinking — and that is precisely why it returns, for as long as the material allows.

EXCLUSIVE PIECES: WHAT ONLY EXISTS AT THE POP-UP

Some Soha pieces are never available online. They only exist at pop-up events,  not out of constraint, but by deliberate choice.

These are often silhouettes made from materials available in very small quantities, or pieces being tried for the first time. Offering them exclusively in person gives them the context they deserve: to be touched, tried on, and chosen with full understanding. Not added to a cart without having felt them.

Some will never return. That is the nature of this format  and what makes each edition different from the one before.

SMALL RUN, HIGH STANDARD

Producing in limited edition is not a brand posture. It is the condition that allows Soha to maintain a standard for every piece, from the first sketch to the last finishing detail.

Ten pieces means ten opportunities to do it well. Not thousands of opportunities to do it fast.

This logic runs through every Soha collection since the beginning, and will continue to do so.
