We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging cannot be accounted for.

Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added during checkout depending on the shipping method you choose and your destination.

Since we ship from France, for all
international orders, delivery costs added at checkout do not include any customs duties and taxes, which may be applied by the customs of the country of origin of the order. Responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may be imposed will remain with the customer.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days
following its receipt, provided that:

  • Items are not worn.
  • The items are not damaged.
  • Tags are attached
