No, a Soha account is not required to place an order. You can choose to proceed as a guest or register as a customer.
Order
Once payment has been made, no changes are possible. If you would like to add products, we recommend placing a new order.
First, check your spam or junk emails. If you can't find the confirmation, contact us at sav@soha-collection.com. We will help you resolve the issue and send you the order confirmation.
Delivery
We’ll soon be offering international shipping directly through our website. In the meantime, feel free to contact us via Instagram DM to place your order.
Since we ship from France, for all international orders, delivery costs added at checkout do not include any customs duties and taxes, which may be applied by the customs of the country of origin of the order. Responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may be imposed will remain with the customer.
Return
We are unable to make exchanges.
You can return the item to us and place a new order for the desired item.
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days
following its receipt, provided that:
- The items are not worn.
- The items are not damaged.
- The labels are attached
