No, a Soha account is not required to place an order. You can choose to check out as a guest or register as a customer.
You can request a new password on the login page. If you don't receive an email to reset your password, please contact us at contact@soha-collection.com. A member of our team will help you resolve the issue.
Articles
We produce our pieces in limited editions. To be notified of their availability, you can enter your email address on the product page and click "notify me when back in stock."
You’ll receive an automatic notification as soon as the item is available again.
Order
Once the payment has been completed, no modifications can be made. If you wish to add items, we recommend placing a new order.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you can’t find the confirmation, contact us at sav@soha-collection.com.
We’ll help you resolve the issue and send you your order confirmation.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as you receive it. Take a photo of the item and send it to sav@soha-collection.com. If you would like to receive a replacement, please let us know. Our team will do its best to resolve the issue quickly and provide return instructions if necessary.
Payment
We accept credit card payments. All payments made on our website are secure.
Delivery
For deliveries in France, we offer the services of Mondial Relay and La Poste. For international deliveries we use DHL. Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your destination. You will be able to select your preferred delivery method during the ordering process.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added during checkout depending on the shipping method you choose and your destination.
Since we ship from France, for all
international orders, delivery costs added at checkout do not include any customs duties and taxes, which may be applied by the customs of the country of origin of the order. Responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may be imposed will remain with the customer.
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination. For orders within France, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery. For international orders, it may take between 7 and 16 days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns
We are unable to make exchanges.
You can return the item to us and place a new order for the desired item.
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days
following its receipt, provided that:
- The items are not worn.
- The items are not damaged.
- The labels are attached
Returns are made by creating a return ticket via your account: https://account.soha-collection.com
Once we receive your return, we will check whether the return conditions have been met. If so, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please note that Soha reserves the right not to issue a refund if any of the return conditions are not fulfilled.
Soha does not cover return costs and the responsibility for the return lies with the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to return your package, as Soha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
